Christian Oth Studio represents 8 photographers who are leaders in the wedding industry. The studio is fully staffed with creatives who enable the photographers to produce top content as well as museum quality fine art books. With a firm footing in the wedding industry Christian and his team are sought after by the top planners in the country.

Work in our studio in the Flatiron District in New York. It is wonderful creative space for our editors, retouchers and designers and there is also a full photo studio to handle our portrait shoots.

PHOTOGRAPHER'S REP

Your experience:


- 4+ years of marketing and/or sales experience required

- Knowledge of working with CRM software

- History of providing excellent support and managing multiple tasks successfully 

- Strong Microsoft Office skills and/or Google Appls

- Professional demeanor

- Some financial accounting experience a plus, but not a requirement 

- Photography, Fashion or Bridal Industry experience preferred

- Marketing background a strong plus


You as a person: 

- Must be dedicated with the ability to multi-task

- Proven ability to manage time and deliver in the face of tight deadlines 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills 

- Must be able to work independently 

- Friendly and cheerful with a can-do attitude

- Professional appearance 


Responsibilities: 

- Serve as liaison between the different photographers and the agency’s clients

- Provide light customer support when needed

- Work closely with the company owner

- Maintain focus and discipline to consistently deliver in the face of aggressive schedules

- Be aware of the industry’s happenings and a great networker.


We largely serve the bridal market, so we’re looking for individuals with a genuine interest in this particular area. This is not a creative position. However you will be working with some incredible talent and have a very rewarding experience within a very passionate creative industry.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING COORDINATOR


Your experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, marketing, advertising or entertainment business

- 2 years of relevant experience

- History of effective communication skills, such as blog writing

- Demonstration of having a “voice” and interaction with an audience

- A love for photography and/or weddings

- Entry level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop



You as a person:

- Punctual

- Organized and detail oriented

- A bona-fide multi-tasker

- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve

- Professional appearance

- Friendly and cheerful with a can-do attitude

- Must be dedicated with the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily posts on the major social media platforms

- Drive audience engagement, brand awareness and web traffic

- Track social media influence measurements

- Communicate the company’s message effectively

- Maintain the company’s newsletter

- All manner of copywriting

DIGITAL RETOUCHER



Your experience:

- A thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Photoshop skills must include skin retouching, removal of fly-away hair etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
- Experience with working with plug-ins
- Photography Industry experience required
- Wedding industry experience a plus, but no required
- An eye for color: having worked as a printer a huge plus
- A very high level of understanding Macs and running them efficiently

Responsibilities:
- Color Correction of images to our high, exiting standards
- Retouch images in Photoshop



Salary is commensurate with experience.
