Awarded a space in the Shirin Neshat workshop at Hunter College

The workshop showcases wonderful films that students work so hard. Shirin Neshat and Shoja Azari gave feedback on each film.

Students are broken down into groups of 4 and 5 with an emphasis on collaboration. Each group had a mix of students from the Film and Media Studies department, MFA IMA department, and MFA art department. The theme was border. It is really enjoyable to see all of the different directions people go with the same theme. Really interesting films emerged from the students.
