Regal in the City
Gilt Restaurant at The New York Palace Hotel
When Mona and Mark wed, our photographer Shawn Connell was there for this stately affair. Planner Nicky Reinhard masterfully used the details of the venue to create a golden day.
The reception was held at Gilt Restaurant, which seeks to emulate the gilded age of old New York. In addition to the amber hues of the room and flowers; candlelight and imported lighting made Shawn's job that much easier. 
The detailing of the cake matches both the florals, and the bride's dress. It was a feast for a multitude of senses.
