Flagler Museum

Palm Beach, Florida

On August 24, 1901, Henry Flagler married Mary Lily Kenan and the couple soon moved into their Palm Beach estate Whitehall. Whitehall was Flagler’s wedding present to his new bride, 75-room Beaux Arts palace was hailed in contemporary accounts as “More wonderful than any palace in Europe, grander and more magnificent than any other private dwelling in the world…”(New York Herald, 1902). Today, in the quest to maintain Henry Flagler’s legacy of extraordinary service, the perfection at this venue will effortlessly be met with the elegant and timeless Whitehall mansion.

Why we love it
Whitehall offers a variety of grand spaces each filled with breathtaking 19th century splendor and enduring architectural details. Marble floors, painted ceilings, and crystal chandeliers impart a classic atmosphere. The grand double staircase in the Grand Hall is always a moment for photo engagements.
